Creamy, sweet, no-bake peanut butter cheesecake bites dipped in chocolate perfect for parties, gifting, or snacking anytime!
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (or cookie crumbs)
2 cups chocolate chips (for dipping)
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Optional: crushed peanuts for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Mix in crushed graham crackers until a thick dough forms.
3. Scoop and roll mixture into balls; place on a lined baking sheet.
4. Freeze 20–30 minutes until firm.
5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
6. Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate; return to sheet.
7. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired.
8. Refrigerate 15 minutes until chocolate sets.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for 2–3 months.
Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture.
White or dark chocolate both work great for dipping.
