Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups crushed pretzels
1 tsp vanilla extract
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt chocolate chips and butter in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until creamy.
4. Fold in crushed pretzels until fully coated.
5. Scoop spoonfuls onto the prepared tray and flatten slightly.
6. Sprinkle each cookie with flaky sea salt.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until firm.
8. Store in an airtight container.

Freeze individually wrapped cookies for up to 3 months.
