Enjoy a warm, cheesy Pepperoni Bread with a golden crust. Perfect for snacking or serving at parties.
Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz sliced pepperoni
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12×10 inch rectangle.
3. Evenly spread mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan on the dough. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
4. Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch edges and ends to seal.
5. Place the roll on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Optionally, brush with beaten egg for a golden crust.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
You can use store-bought or homemade pizza dough.
For a spicy version, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
Serve warm for the best flavor.
