Description
These Pepperoni Pizza Sliders are gooey, cheesy, and packed with classic pizza flavor perfect for parties, game nights, or a quick family dinner!
Ingredients
1 (12-count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (6 oz) package sliced pepperoni
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, chopped basil or parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Without separating, slice rolls horizontally; place bottom half in dish.
3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over rolls.
4. Top with half the mozzarella, all the pepperoni, then the remaining cheese.
5. Add the top half of the rolls.
6. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Brush over the tops.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Let cool slightly, slice into sliders, and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Add cooked sausage, bell peppers, or mushrooms for variety.
Use garlic butter rolls for even more flavor.
Serve immediately for best texture — soft inside, crispy outside.
