Description
Elegant no-bake pistachio cheesecake domes filled with raspberry centers creamy, nutty, and visually stunning.
Ingredients
1 cup pistachios, finely ground
1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup melted white chocolate
12 fresh raspberries
Crushed pistachios for garnish
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in whipped cream and white chocolate.
3. Pour half into silicone dome molds.
4. Press one raspberry in the center of each.
5. Top with remaining filling and freeze 2–3 hours.
6. Unmold and coat sides with crushed pistachios.
7. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add a white chocolate drizzle for decoration.
Best served slightly chilled.
Can be made 1 day ahead.
