Ingredients
1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh rosemary or sage
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Roll out dough on a floured surface.
3. Place dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
4. Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
5. Spread pumpkin puree evenly as the base.
6. Top with shredded Gouda and sprinkle herbs.
7. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crisper crust, pre-bake dough for 5 minutes before topping. Add chili flakes or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
