Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin purée
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup maple glaze
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Whisk dry ingredients
3. Mix wet ingredients separately
4. Combine wet and dry
5. Pour into loaf pan
6. Bake 55–60 minutes
7. Cool and glaze
