Ingredients

1 cup cold brew coffee
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add cream, pumpkin puree, syrup, spice, and vanilla to a bowl.
2. Whip with frother until creamy but pourable.
3. Fill a glass with ice and cold brew.
4. Top with pumpkin cream foam.
5. Garnish with pumpkin spice.
Notes
Store leftover foam in fridge up to 3 days.
Shake before reuse.
Substitute coconut cream for dairy-free version.
