A creamy, crunchy, and protein-packed breakfast bowl featuring pumpkin seeds, yogurt, and fresh fruit.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek or plant-based yogurt
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (toasted)
1/2 banana, sliced
1/4 cup berries (blueberries or strawberries)
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes.
2. Slice banana and wash berries.
3. Scoop yogurt into a bowl.
4. Top with fruit, seeds, and almond butter.
5. Sprinkle cinnamon and sea salt.
6. Drizzle with honey or syrup.
7. Serve chilled.
Notes
You can substitute banana with mango or kiwi.
Store dry toppings separately if prepping ahead.
