Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup ice cubes (optional)
Whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
1. Add pumpkin purée, frozen banana, yogurt, milk, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding ice if you prefer a thicker texture.
