Description

Ingredients

2 medium carrots, peeled and grated

1 tsp olive oil or coconut oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Salt to taste

Optional: 1 tsp shredded coconut or chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Peel and grate carrots into long, thin shreds using a grater or julienne peeler.
