Description

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp red food coloring
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring; mix well.
4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
5. Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
7. Bake for 22–25 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly fudgy.
8. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overbake to maintain a fudgy texture.
Cream cheese frosting makes a delicious topping for extra indulgence.
