Description
Sweet, caramelized grapes roasted to perfection on a sheet pan a simple yet elegant side dish or topping for salads, cheeses, and desserts.
Ingredients
3 cups seedless grapes (red or green)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Spread grapes evenly on the sheet pan.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and honey (or maple syrup).
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and add rosemary if desired.
5. Toss gently to coat the grapes evenly.
6. Roast for 20–25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until grapes are soft and caramelized.
7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
8. Serve warm as a side dish or topping for cheese boards, salads, or desserts.
Notes
Try using mixed red and green grapes for a colorful presentation.
Roasted grapes pair beautifully with brie, goat cheese, or ricotta.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently before serving.
