Description

Delightful heart-shaped cakes perfect for any Galentine’s Day celebration, easily customizable and fun.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of cake mix (your choice)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • Frosting (store-bought or homemade)
  • Decorative toppings (sprinkles, edible glitter, or fruit)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your heart-shaped cake pans with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared heart-shaped pans.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
  7. Once cool, frost the cakes with your choice of frosting.
