Description

Crispy baked pita chips shaped into hearts and arranged like festive trees, brushed with olive oil and seasoned lightly  a fun, savory snack perfect for parties, holidays, or kid-friendly appetizers.


Ingredients

4 pita breads

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Optional dips: hummus, tzatziki, or marinara


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Split pita breads in half and cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.

3. Arrange pita hearts on a baking sheet in a tree-like pattern.

4. Brush lightly with olive oil.

5. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and oregano.

6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.

7. Cool slightly and serve with dipping sauces.
