Description
A smooth and creamy Silky Caramel Pudding Flan topped with golden caramel glaze, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until golden brown, then pour into baking dish.
3. Blend eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Pour custard mixture over caramel layer.
5. Place dish in a water bath and bake for 50–60 minutes.
6. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Invert onto a plate before serving to reveal caramel topping.
Notes
Strain custard mixture before baking for extra smooth texture.
Bake gently in a water bath to prevent curdling.
Serve chilled only—do not freeze as the texture changes.
Garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves for presentation.
