Description
Juicy, golden, and flavorful turkey breast roasted with garlic-herb butter.
Ingredients
1 bone-in turkey breast (4–6 lbs)
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp sage
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
Zest of 1 lemon
Olive oil drizzle
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pat turkey dry and loosen skin.
3. Spread herb butter under and over the skin.
4. Place on rack in roasting pan.
5. Roast 70–90 minutes, basting halfway.
6. Check internal temp—165°F.
7. Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra crisp skin, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
Store leftovers up to 3 days refrigerated.
