Description
These S’mores Brownies are the ultimate campfire-inspired dessert fudgy chocolate brownies layered with graham crackers, melty chocolate chips, and toasted marshmallows on top for a gooey, irresistible treat.
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
½ cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
3. Stir in sugar, then beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract.
4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
5. Pour half the batter into the pan. Add a layer of graham crackers and sprinkle chocolate chips. Pour remaining batter on top.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with mini marshmallows, and broil for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
7. Let cool completely before slicing for clean edges.
Notes
Keep a close eye while broiling — marshmallows brown quickly.
Use large marshmallows cut in half if mini ones aren’t available.
For extra gooeyness, swirl a spoonful of marshmallow fluff into the batter before baking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
