Portable, gooey, and golden, these S’mores Hand Pies bring the joy of a campfire treat to your kitchen with no mess and no fire.
Ingredients
½ cup mini marshmallows or marshmallow fluff
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp crushed graham crackers (optional)
1 pre-made pie crust (or 2 sheets if small)
1 egg or oat milk (for brushing)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
3. Mix chocolate, marshmallows, and grahams.
4. Place filling in center of each round and fold into half-moons.
5. Seal edges with fork and brush tops.
6. Cut slits on top and bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
7. Cool 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use vegan alternatives to make this plant-based.
Don’t overfill to avoid leaks.
Best served warm.
