- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 8 oz Noodles
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Dice chicken and cook in the skillet until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, garlic, honey, and ginger in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over cooked chicken, stirring to coat. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, customize by adding your favorite vegetables or adjusting the spice level with chili flakes.
