Ingredients
2 lbs chicken thighs or turkey cutlets (boneless, skinless)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp natural strawberry jam (no alcohol)
1 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup panko crumbs
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
Instructions
1. Trim and pat meat dry for optimal texture.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, spices, jam, and cream cheese until smooth.
3. Rub marinade onto the meat and let sit for 15–30 minutes.
4. Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat.
5. Cook meat for 4–5 minutes per side or until fully done (165°F for poultry).
6. In the last 2 minutes, add panko crumbs for crispy coating.
7. Let meat rest for 5–7 minutes before slicing.
