Description
Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside—Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Eggrolls are the ultimate dessert fusion. Made with real strawberries and smooth cream cheese, these sweet rolls are perfect for parties, holidays, or indulgent nights at home.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
12 eggroll wrappers
1 bowl water (for sealing)
Vegetable oil for frying
Optional: cinnamon sugar for dusting
Optional: cornstarch (for strawberries)
Instructions
1. Chop strawberries into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
4. Place 2 tablespoons of filling on each eggroll wrapper.
5. Fold bottom over filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
6. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
7. Fry 2–3 eggrolls at a time until golden, about 2–3 minutes per side.
8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
9. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
10. Dust with cinnamon sugar if desired.
Notes
Do not overfill wrappers to avoid bursting.
Cornstarch helps prevent sogginess if strawberries are very juicy.
Freeze uncooked rolls on a tray, then store in freezer-safe bags for later frying.
