Description

A light, sweet, and creamy dessert made with strawberries, whipped topping, and marshmallows  the perfect no-bake treat for summer gatherings or potlucks.

Ingredients

Scale

1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 (3.4 oz) box strawberry Jell-O mix

1 (16 oz) container cottage cheese

2 cups mini marshmallows

2 cups diced fresh strawberries (or thawed frozen strawberries)

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and strawberry Jell-O powder. Stir until evenly blended.

2. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

3. Add mini marshmallows and diced strawberries; gently fold to combine.

4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

5. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, replace cottage cheese with whipped cream cheese.

Try adding crushed pineapple for a fruity twist.

Best served the same day, but can be refrigerated up to 2 days.
