Instructions

  2. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the large egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Prepare by whisking together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and strawberry Jello mix in another bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients at a low speed until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped fresh strawberries gently with a spatula.
