Description
This Strawberry Tiramisu is a no-bake, egg-free twist on the classic Italian dessert. Fresh strawberries, mascarpone cream, and ladyfingers come together for a light, fruity, and indulgent treat perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 pack ladyfingers
Instructions
1. Macerate strawberries with sugar and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Fold mascarpone, vanilla, and powdered sugar into whipped cream.
4. Dip ladyfingers quickly into strawberry juice and line a dish.
5. Spread half of the cream over ladyfingers and top with strawberries.
6. Repeat layers and finish with cream.
7. Cover and chill for 4+ hours or overnight.
8. Garnish with fresh berries or mint before serving.
Notes
Use only dry ladyfingers to prevent sogginess.
For dairy-free version, substitute coconut cream and vegan cream cheese.
Great make-ahead dessert for brunches, birthdays, and summer nights.
