Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan.

- Cool the brownies in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
- Shape the brownies using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
- Decorate with sprinkles and serve with whipped cream if desired.
