Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool the brownies in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
  8. Shape the brownies using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
  9. Decorate with sprinkles and serve with whipped cream if desired.
