How Vampire Donuts Will Haunt Your Taste Buds This Halloween

Description

These Vampire Donuts are a spooky-cute Halloween treat made with fluffy glazed donuts, vampire teeth, and red gel icing for a ‘bloody bite’ effect. Perfect for parties, kids, or a fun morning surprise!

Ingredients

Scale

6 glazed donuts (store-bought or homemade)

6 sets of plastic vampire fangs

1/4 cup red gel icing or strawberry jam

Candy eyes or mini chocolate chips (optional for decoration)

Instructions

1. Gently insert a pair of plastic vampire teeth into the hole of each donut to create a mouth shape.

2. Adjust the fangs so the donut holds them in place without tearing.

3. Squeeze a small amount of red gel icing or strawberry jam around the teeth to look like ‘blood.’

4. Add candy eyes or mini chocolate chips above the teeth to make faces, if desired.

5. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately for a spooky Halloween presentation.

Notes

Best served the same day to prevent the gel icing from soaking into the donut glaze.

You can use powdered or chocolate donuts for variety.

For a homemade version, make simple baked donuts and glaze them before decorating.

Remove plastic fangs before eating.
