Description
A smoky, creamy Vegan Chipotle Mayo made with only 5 ingredients. Perfect for spreading, dipping, and drizzling!
Ingredients
1/2 cup aquafaba or unsweetened soy milk
1 cup sunflower oil
2 chipotle peppers in adobo (or 1 tsp chipotle powder)
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Add aquafaba, chipotle, garlic, lime juice, and salt to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Slowly drizzle in sunflower oil while blending until emulsified.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
5. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer chipotle peppers.
For a nutty flavor, use cashew cream instead of aquafaba.
