Ingredients
2 sheets vegan puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup raspberry or strawberry jam
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp plant-based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Extra flour for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Lightly flour a surface and roll out puff pastry sheets.
3. Cut each sheet into equal squares.
4. Place a small spoonful of jam in the center of each square.
5. Fold two opposite corners toward the center to create a love-letter shape.
6. Transfer pastries to prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
8. Whisk powdered sugar, plant-based milk, and vanilla until smooth.
9. Drizzle glaze over cooled pastries and serve.
Notes
Use apricot or chocolate spread for a flavor variation.
Do not overfill pastries to prevent leaking.
