Description
Creamy whipped feta topped with roasted olives and herbs for the ultimate appetizer.
Ingredients
8 oz feta cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups mixed olives
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp fresh thyme
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss olives, garlic, thyme, and olive oil. Roast 15–20 minutes.
3. Crumble feta, combine with yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor.
4. Blend until creamy and smooth.
5. Transfer whipped feta to a shallow bowl.
6. Top with roasted olives and drizzle with extra olive oil.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
Best served with warm pita or crostini.
Store dip in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
