Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups Almond flour
- 1 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup Honey (or maple syrup for a vegan version)
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon zest
- 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric (for natural yellow color)
- A pinch of salt
- Extra shredded coconut (for rolling)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Shape the dough into bite-sized balls, rolling them between clean palms.
- Coat the balls in extra shredded coconut until fully covered.
- Set the coated bliss balls in a tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 14 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Notes
For variations, consider adding cocoa powder for chocolate bliss balls or nuts/seeds for added crunch.
