- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1 avocado, cubed

- Zest of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cooked shredded chicken to the skillet and spread it out evenly.

- In a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese with ranch dressing and cracked black pepper.
- Spoon the cottage cheese mixture into serving bowls.
- Add the warm lemon pepper chicken on top of the cottage cheese.
- Distribute diced cucumbers over the chicken.
- Scatter avocado cubes over the top.
