- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter – melted

Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a smooth batter.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place the battered cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Once cooked, transfer the cauliflower to a bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
