- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Mix the dry mixture into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve plain, with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or fresh fruits. Can also be stored at room temperature for three days.
