- 8 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the mozzarella cheese until smooth.
- Stir in marinara sauce and cooked meat (if using), mixing well.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture, gently tossing to coat.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing. Add sautéed vegetables for more nutrition. Adjust seasoning to taste before baking.
