- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the shredded cooked chicken, uncooked white rice, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth in a large bowl until well combined.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing everything together evenly.
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
- Transfer the chicken and rice mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
