Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the onions for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Prepare the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Spice it up with garam masala, cumin, and paprika; cook for another minute.
  6. Add tomato sauce and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Finish with heavy cream, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt to taste and garnish with cilantro.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken beforehand. Serve with naan or rice.
