- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the onions for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for an additional minute.
- Prepare the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Spice it up with garam masala, cumin, and paprika; cook for another minute.
- Add tomato sauce and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Finish with heavy cream, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken beforehand. Serve with naan or rice.
