Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas into thick rounds and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Prepare the chocolate by microwaving chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add a small amount of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
  4. Dip each peanut butter-topped banana into the melted chocolate, shaking off the excess.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top of the dipped banana bites if desired.
  6. Freeze the bites for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
