- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Slice the bananas into thick rounds and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Prepare the chocolate by microwaving chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add a small amount of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
- Dip each peanut butter-topped banana into the melted chocolate, shaking off the excess.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of the dipped banana bites if desired.
- Freeze the bites for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
