- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and granulated sugar over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition, then add vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the chopped semi-sweet chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the cooled melted chocolate into the whipped cream to make the mousse.
- Once the brownies are cool, spread the mousse evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.

For serving, consider garnishing with cocoa powder or fresh berries. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
