- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

- Cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine the oats, protein powder, eggs, milk, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fruits, nut butter, or maple syrup.
