- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick.
- Mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Prepare the pastry by sprinkling the cinnamon sugar evenly across the surface and cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Twist each strip a few times gently to create the signature appearance.
- Place the twisted pastry strips in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for color.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 8 to 10 minutes, checking halfway through.
- Serve warm once cooked, allowing them to cool slightly.
