- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 can of your favorite pie filling (cherry, strawberry, or blueberry)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly.
- Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract; stir well to combine.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the graham cracker pie crust and spread evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight until firm.
- Chill your favorite pie filling while the cheesecake sets.
- Top the chilled cheesecake with the pie filling before serving.
- Cut into slices and serve chilled.
Notes
For an extra touch, consider adding whipped cream on top of each slice and serving with fresh berries.
