Instructions

- Beat the eggs and sugar: In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 5 minutes until thick and pale.
- Add vanilla and strawberry puree: Pour in vanilla extract and pureed strawberries into the egg mixture and mix on low speed until combined.
- Combine dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Fold in dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, folding gently with a spatula.
- Spread the batter: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake the cake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
