Ingredients

  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 2 slices Bread (sourdough or whole grain)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Butter (or olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. Ensure you have goat cheese, bread, honey, and butter or olive oil ready.
  2. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for even cooking.
  3. Spread goat cheese generously on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Drizzle honey on the slice with cheese, about one tablespoon.
  5. Place the other slice on top (cheese side in) and butter the outer sides.
  6. Cook the sandwich in the pan for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Check if the cheese is melted; lower heat and cover if necessary.
  9. Serve immediately, cut in half if desired, and enjoy warm.
