- 4 oz Goat Cheese
- 2 slices Bread (sourdough or whole grain)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Butter (or olive oil)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients. Ensure you have goat cheese, bread, honey, and butter or olive oil ready.
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for even cooking.
- Spread goat cheese generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Drizzle honey on the slice with cheese, about one tablespoon.
- Place the other slice on top (cheese side in) and butter the outer sides.
- Cook the sandwich in the pan for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Check if the cheese is melted; lower heat and cover if necessary.
- Serve immediately, cut in half if desired, and enjoy warm.
