Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  4. Chop the pineapple, bell peppers, and onion into comparable chunks.
  5. Assemble the skewers by threading chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion alternately.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  7. Grill the kebabs for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
