- 1 ripe banana, mashed

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the mashed banana and almond butter in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, and stir well.
- Mix the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold gently.
- Drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
