Description

Delicious and nutritious homemade cups combining peanut butter and strawberries, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the natural peanut butter, coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup together until smooth.
  2. Fold in the crushed strawberries gently until evenly distributed.
  3. Prepare a muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a small amount of the peanut butter mixture into each liner and freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the remaining peanut butter mixture on top and smooth it out.
  6. Place the muffin tin back in the freezer for another 30 minutes or until fully set.
  7. Remove the cups from the muffin tin and the liners, then store them in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to three months.
