Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Mix the natural peanut butter, coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup together until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed strawberries gently until evenly distributed.
- Prepare a muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners.
- Pour a small amount of the peanut butter mixture into each liner and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Add the remaining peanut butter mixture on top and smooth it out.
- Place the muffin tin back in the freezer for another 30 minutes or until fully set.
- Remove the cups from the muffin tin and the liners, then store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to three months.
