Description

Juicy Cheeseburger Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic burger, perfect for parties, game nights, or family dinners, featuring tender beef patties and melted cheese on soft Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 cheese slices (American or cheddar)
  • Pickles
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper, until no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Prepare the Hawaiian rolls by slicing them in half lengthwise.
  4. Layer the cooked beef onto the bottom half of the rolls, followed by cheese slices, pickles, and any additional toppings.
  5. Add the top half of the rolls to the layered ingredients.
  6. Brush melted butter on top of the rolls (optional).
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
