Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits: Start by peeling the mangoes and cutting them into small, even pieces. Remove the pit and hull the strawberries by removing their green tops, then slice them.
  2. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine diced mangoes, sliced strawberries, sugar, water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust sweetness: Taste the mixture and add more sugar or lime juice if desired, then blend again.
  4. Freeze the mixture: Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe dish and cover tightly.
  5. Let it freeze: Place the dish in the freezer for about 4 to 6 hours, stirring every couple of hours to break up ice crystals.
