Instructions
- Prepare the fruits: Start by peeling the mangoes and cutting them into small, even pieces. Remove the pit and hull the strawberries by removing their green tops, then slice them.
- Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine diced mangoes, sliced strawberries, sugar, water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust sweetness: Taste the mixture and add more sugar or lime juice if desired, then blend again.
- Freeze the mixture: Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe dish and cover tightly.
- Let it freeze: Place the dish in the freezer for about 4 to 6 hours, stirring every couple of hours to break up ice crystals.
