  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold

  • 24 mini plastic cups with lids (2 oz size)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos, excluding the mini Oreos reserved for topping.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until creamy.
  4. Whip the cold heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Combine the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  6. Add the crushed Oreo cookies to the mixture and fold until distributed.
  7. Spoon the mixture into mini dessert cups, leaving space for topping.
  8. Top each cup with a mini Oreo.
