Instructions
- Crush the Oreos, excluding the mini Oreos reserved for topping.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until creamy.
- Whip the cold heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Combine the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Add the crushed Oreo cookies to the mixture and fold until distributed.
- Spoon the mixture into mini dessert cups, leaving space for topping.
- Top each cup with a mini Oreo.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
